Refunds After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the first 14 days and up to 30 days from the purchase date may still be considered.
For refund requests during this period, we ask that you provide a reason for the request. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve our products and support.
Refunds after 30 days from the purchase date are not available.

You should stop using the plugin after receiving a refund.
Processing Time
