You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase for any reason. No explanation is required.
You may request a refund via your account panel here on this website or contact us with your order details and we will process your request as soon as possible.
Refunds After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the first 14 days and up to 30 days from the purchase date may still be considered.
For refund requests during this period, we ask that you provide a reason for the request. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve our products and support.
Refunds after 30 days from the purchase date are not available.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to the original purchase of a plugin or license from Amazing WP Plugins.
We may ask for your order number, license key, purchase email address, or other information needed to verify the purchase.
Renewal Refunds
Renewal payments are also eligible for a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. Refund requests made after 14 days from a renewal payment may be considered up to 30 days with a reason.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your license will be cancelled and access to plugin downloads, updates, and support for that purchase will end.
You should stop using the plugin after receiving a refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

Please include your name, purchase email address, order number if available, and the plugin you purchased.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription or automatic renewal at any time from your account page. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not refund previous payments unless a refund request is approved under this policy.
Support Before Refund
If you are requesting a refund because of a technical issue, we are happy to help first. You are not required to accept support during the first 14 days, but sharing the issue may help us fix it quickly.
Abuse / Repeated Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, repeated refund requests, fraud, or violation of our license terms.
