These License Terms explain how licenses, updates, downloads, and support work for plugins purchased from Amazing WP Plugins.
Amazing WP Plugins is operated by Nitroweb Development LTD.
Plugin License
All plugins sold by Amazing WP Plugins are licensed for use on the number of websites included in the license plan you purchase.
Available license plans may include:
- 1 site
- 5 sites
- 20 sites
- Unlimited sites
Your license gives you access to plugin downloads, updates, and support during the active license period.
License Period
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, licenses are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
An active license includes:
- Access to plugin downloads
- Plugin updates
- Security and compatibility fixes
- Support for the purchased plugin
After the license expires, you may continue using the plugin version you already downloaded, but you will no longer receive updates, new downloads, or support until the license is renewed.
Renewals
Licenses may renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account page.
Cancelling automatic renewal prevents future charges but does not immediately cancel your current active license. Your license remains active until the end of the current paid license period.
License Activation
Some plugins may require license activation to receive updates, downloads, and support.
You are responsible for activating the license on the correct website or websites covered by your license plan.
If you need to move a license to a different website, you may deactivate it from the old website and activate it on the new one, subject to the site limit of your license.
Site Limits
Your license may be activated only on the number of websites included in your license plan.
Using a license on more websites than allowed by your license plan is not permitted.
If you need to use a plugin on more websites, you should upgrade your license or purchase an additional license.
Development, Staging, and Local Sites
Development, staging, and local websites may count toward your license activation limit unless otherwise stated by the plugin, checkout, or account system.
If you need help managing activations for staging or development environments, contact support and we will do our best to help.
Permitted Use
You may use the purchased plugin on your own websites or on client websites, as long as the number of activated websites does not exceed your license plan.
You may modify the plugin for your own use or for use on a client website. However, modified versions are not covered by standard support unless the issue can be reproduced with the unmodified plugin.
Redistribution
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or make available any paid plugin files, license keys, account access, or private download links from Amazing WP Plugins.
This includes sharing plugin files on public websites, file-sharing services, marketplaces, nulled software sites, private groups, or with people who have not purchased a valid license.
License Keys
Your license key is private.
You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Do not publish, share, resell, or distribute your license key.
We may suspend or revoke licenses that are shared publicly, abused, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these terms.
Updates
Active licenses include updates during the license period.
Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, security fixes, performance improvements, and new features.
We recommend keeping plugins updated to the latest version.
Support
Support is available only for customers with an active license.

Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy: https://amazingwpplugins.com/refund-policy/
If a refund is issued, your license will be cancelled and access to plugin downloads, updates, and support for that purchase will end.
Ownership
Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the plugin under these terms. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademarks, branding, or intellectual property rights in the plugin or Amazing WP Plugins.
Compatibility
We aim to keep our plugins compatible with supported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and other platforms listed on the relevant product page.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting environment, page builder, custom code snippet, or third-party service.
Price Changes
We may change plugin prices, license plans, renewal prices, or product offerings from time to time.
Price changes do not affect purchases already completed, but they may apply to future purchases, upgrades, or renewals.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license if it is used in violation of these License Terms, including fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized redistribution, public sharing of license keys, or attempts to bypass licensing.
If a license is terminated for violation of these terms, access to updates, downloads, and support will end.
Policy Updates
We may update these License Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
